PAUL LAFAYET started in December 2009 with a petite shop at the opening of K11 Art Mall, Hong Kong. From a single location, today PAUL LAFAYET has 9 retail boutiques, a central kitchen and headquarters in Hong Kong.
In 2017, we officially launch our first flagship in Shanghai, China. Moving forward, we will be launching another flagship in Shenzhen, China early 2019.
The strong family ties, the know-how, and the vision of the founder enabled the brand PAUL LAFAYET to be created from scratch. Today, PAUL LAFAYET is leading the fine desserts market in Hong Kong, and aims to win over even more hearts in China.
Meet The Team
Adrien Nanus had been working around France suburb like Lyon and Brittany after graduated from French pastry school. He had worked in 5 star hotel La Cigale as sous pastry chef from 2006-2008. He also worked in luxury cruises vessel Le Diamant as pastry chef from 2009-2011 before joining us. He is now Paul Lafayet pastry chef who ensure the quality of our pastry is handmade every day with the finest ingredient and the highest standard of presentation.
Graduated in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Finance, Christophe is the Business Development Manager of Paul Lafayet and also a co founder of a cafe called LA Station.
He is a part of a family entrepreneurs looking to upscale the F&B industry with the best French Patisserie and coffee.
