柚子蘋果日式芥末蛋糕 - 輕量蛋糕
This cake is a play on opposites! In contrast to a bold and eye-catching exterior, this cake is surprisingly light and refreshing. On top of an almond sponge cake base is a layer of wasabi crunch and apple yuzu jelly. The base is topped off with a light wasabi mousse and glossy green apple glaze.

Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding outlying islands and restricted areas). There is a HK$150 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK75 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $899. Delivery is free for orders valued at HK$900 or above.
