E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be immaculately presented, bright, and personable with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  • Develop E-Commerce strategy to improve website performance in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion to reach sales target and achieve business goals
  • Develop monthly & annual E-Commerce marketing and promotion plan with alignment with brand/retail marketing and merchandising to drive business growth
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop product strategies and go-to-market strategies to reach customers
  • Establish and monitor overall standard operating procedures, and on-going operation working processes initiation/optimization if needed
  • Ensure back-end operations work smoothly at all steps, i.e. IT/ Logistics, warehouse, customer service
  • Support customer service and work with sales and operations team on promotion planning and execution
  • Develops and implements strategic direction for online retail demand generation, digital marketing and business optimization to drive conversion on owned and third-party platforms
  • Manage the company’s product portfolio on marketplaces where applicable including product upload, product updates, delisting, and content updates
  • Manages multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring clear and proactive communication
  • Provide regular result analysis and reporting on product sales trend, website traffic and suggest areas of improvement
  • Write, edit for website, newsletters, and social media management with a focus on SEO optimization, sales leads generation and brand promotion
  • Ability to handle multi-task, target-oriented, work under pressure and meet deadlines required


  • Bachelor holder or above in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
  • 3 years+ of related experience in marketing and E-Commerce
  • Experience in conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience on Shopify is a must
  • Understanding of HTML and E-Commerce UX/UI, SEO is a plus
  • Good knowledge in Excel with strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative, responsible, team player and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Able to handle multiple projects with good time management skills
  • Sensitivity of western desserts
