Membership Terms and Conditions

Paul Lafayet membership program is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By applying for Paul Lafayet membership, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them; you further agree to provide with us your personal data (“Personal Data”, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) of Hong Kong), and agree that we may collect and use your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement.


  1. Application for Paul Lafayet membership is free upon filling in the required information on the registration form provided by Paul Lafayet, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. No membership fee and minimum spending are required for membership registration.
  2. Applicants are suggested to register the membership with the same email address and mobile number when they registered as the online store customers.
  3. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number and email address, or holding more than one membership account by the same individual will not be accepted. Paul Lafayet shall have the right to, without any prior notice, suspend or terminate such membership.
  4. Membership is non-transferable.
  5. If an application is successful, the applicant will be entitled one digital Membership Card on the web application.
  6. To ensure Paul Lafayet members receiving our promotional offers and discounts, members may be requested to supplement or provide us with their authentic, complete and accurate personal data, not misleading and without any elements of fraud. The information includes name, phone number, gender, email address, and birthday information.

  9. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from customer/member’s omission, neglect and/or failure to supply us with your updated information, or from the accuracy and completeness of those data.


  1. Upon redemption of any promotional offers, digital membership card on the webapp must be presented in-store, or log in with registered email address when shop online.
  2. To ensure an efficient payment process, members should check and update their digital membership card before payment.


  1. This RewardCash Scheme is valid by 1st September 2021. Members can earn $1 RewardCash with every HK$20 you spend at and Paul Lafayet boutiques in Hong Kong.
  2. Members can redeem any regular-priced products in Paul Lafayet boutiques in Hong Kong with $1 RewardCash equivalent value to HK$1.
  3. No expiry date on RewardCash.
  4. RewardCash is not exchangeable for cash and is not used for cash coupon purchase.
  5. RewardCash is not applicable to service fees, including delivery. 
  6. Members must redeem the RewardCash in person. By presenting a login-ed profile page in Paul Lafayet Webapp for verification upon RewardCash redemption.
  7. No RewardCash can be retrospectively claimed if you sign up as Paul Lafayet member after online purchase was made.
  8. If any online purchases are made without logging in with registered email address, members cannot retrospectively claim any RewardCash that would have normally earned.
  9. Paul Lafayet reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  10. Should there be any dispute, Paul Lafayet reserves the right of final decision.


  1. Reminders of member benefits and promotions will be sent to members via email or SMS. Members should provide valid email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing out on important notices.
  2. Paul Lafayet is not responsible for any case of undelivered email messages or notifications.
  3. Your Personal Data provided will be used by Paul Lafayet for which it is collected and for other directly related purposes, including but not limited to: direct marketing purposes by providing news updates on our products, services and promotional events or other marketing materials.
  4. Paul Lafayet reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  5. Should there be any dispute, Paul Lafayet reserves the right of final decision.
  6. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
