Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 3:00 pm can be delivered or available for in-store pickup after 1 working day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm can be delivered or available for in-store pickup after 2 working days.
In-Store Pickup
Orders may be collected at any Paul Lafayet boutique in Hong Kong during our business hours from 1:00 pm daily. Please refer to our boutique list for more information.
No delivery fee applies for in-store pickup.
Delivery Fees
Online orders
Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding Outlying Islands). There is a HK$98 delivery fee for orders under $800 spending. Delivery is FREE for orders of HK$800 spending or above. All are applicable to one location only.
Additional Delivery Fee may be required if we find out that the address you provided is located in Outlying Islands such as Lantau and Lamma Islands. Our Customer Service Team will reach you via email for the Additional Delivery Fee matter.
Retail stores orders
For immediate, point-to-point deliveries arranged directly at our physical stores, costs are calculated based on real-time logistics and bespoke handling.
