How to redeem?
1. Tap on the cake you like to view the detail.
2. Add the cake to the cart.
3. Select Delivery or Self-pickup and press "Checkout.
4. Apply the Promo Code printed on your physical voucher at the Checkout page before completing the order.
5. An order confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox as an acknowledgement.
Terms & Conditions
1. This voucher entitles the holder to redeem 1 cake from Paul Lafayet Joy Cake series.
2. Online reservation through designated website above mentioned 2 days in advance is required.
3. Online reservation cannot be cancelled and the promo code cannot be renewed under any circumstances.
4. This voucher is only valid on or before the expiry date stated below.
5. Redemption is not available on the following days:
----- 2023: 1 & 22-24 Jan, 13-14 Feb, 13-14 May, 18 Jun, 29 Sep, 24-26 & 31 Dec and Crème Brûlée Festival
----- 2024: 1 Jan, 11-14 Feb, 11-12 May, 16 Jun, 17 Sep, 24-26 & 31 Dec and Crème Brûlée Festival
6. This voucher and its corresponding promo code is valid for one time only.
7. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, gift vouchers or other merchandises.
