Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be delivered or available for in-store pickup after 1 working day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be delivered or available for in-store pickup after 2 working days.
In-Store Pickup
Orders may be collected at any Paul Lafayet boutique in Hong Kong during our business hours from 1:00 pm daily. Please refer to our boutique list for more information.
No delivery fee applies for in-store pickup.
Delivery Fees
Online orders
Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding Outlying Islands). There is a HK$98 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK$48 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $799. Delivery is free for orders of HK$800 or above. All are applicable to one location only.
Additional Delivery Fee may be required if we find out the address you provided is located in Outlying Islands such as Lantau and Lamma Islands.
Retail stores orders
For immediate, point-to-point deliveries arranged directly at our physical stores, costs are calculated based on real-time logistics and bespoke handling.
