Yes, one chocolate plaque with a word limit of 30 characters in English will be provided with an additional charge of HK$10 per 1 plaque.
- For cakes, we suggest to keep refrigerated between 2-4°C, it can at most be placed in room temperature for 2-3 hours and should be consumed within 2 days after received.
- For macarons, we suggest to keep refrigerated between 2-4°C, it can at most be placed in room temperature for 4-5 hours and should be consumed within 4 days after received.
- For cookies, we suggest to keep at room temperature, and should be consumed before the expiration date.
We accept payment by all major credit cards.

Delivery and Collection
We offer self pick up at 7 boutiques and delivery service within the Hong Kong SAR (except Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok including Hong Kong International Airport, and Hong Kong Disneyland). No international delivery service.
For self pick up in-store, you can place an order online and collect by showing the order confirmation email at the selected boutique.
For delivery, you can place an order online and tell us your desired delivery time. Please note that delivery fee will be charged.
Cancellation and Change Order
- Change can only be arranged at least 2 working days in advance (Cut-off time at 2pm).
- Should you need any assistance, please contact our Customer Service team directly via phone or email and we will do our best to make sure you get all the items you want added to your order. If outside office hours, please contact the pick-up boutique you have selected.
Refund, cancellation to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation.
Service will be suspended once typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted. Customer has to reschedule the pick up / delivery date to another date. Please contact our boutiques directly for more information. We will try to be in touch with our customers to work out feasible arrangements.
Yes, we accept personalisation order cater to parties, events and weddings. Please contact our Customer Service team by phone / email or visit our boutiques for more information. This service is currently not available in online purchase.
- We are sorry, at the moment we do not offer any vegan options for cakes. We are working on developing cakes that would fit different dietary requirements in the future and hopefully they will be launching soon.
