Throughout 2026, we introduce new flavours every three months, inspired by seasonal ingredients and changing tastes.
Spring Collection | March 20 – June
The Macaron Festival marks the beginning of our Spring Macaron Collection, featuring light, refreshing and delicate flavour inspirations perfect for the season.
Black Sesame
Rich in black sesame’s nutty characteristics, this macaron is rounded out by the milky sweetness of white chocolate.
Rum Banana Chocolate
A playful palate marrying black and milk chocolate with ripe banana candy notes and warm rum.
Cherry
With spring awakening, we combine cherry purée with white chocolate for a bright, jammy profile.
To celebrate the occasion, customers participating in the Macaron Festival will also receive a limited festival sticker while stocks last.
