The event will be held on 13th to 15th May, 2025. For Retail, the sale starts at 12noon and ends at 8pm. For Online, the sale starts at 12noon on 13th and runs non-stop until 11:59pm on 15th May, 2025. Stay tuned for more updates on social media or newsletter.

Customers can only purchase a minimum of 10 pcs "Crème Brûlée Festival" Vouchers (HK$ 250) as a set.

There is no purchase limit. Customers can purchase the Crème Brûlée Festival Voucher (a set of 10pcs as unit) as many as they want while stocks last.

There are two valid period in a set of "Crème Brûlée Festival 2025" Voucher Book: 5 vouchers valid from 16th May, 2025 to 31st Oct, 2025 and 5 vouchers valid from 16th May, 2025 to 31st March, 2026. Each voucher can be used to redeem one piece of Crème Brûlée at Paul Lafayet’s retail boutiques, while stocks last.There is no month-specific limitation on the redemption.

The online orders will be shipped to customers' address within 14 working days. However, due to overwhelming demand, some orders will take up 30 business days to process.

All "Crème Brûlée Festival" online orders will be fulfilled by Delivery only and cannot be picked-up in-store. To allow us to track and trace each orders, we will hand-pack each set of vouchers and have the voucher numbers recorded.

Delivery service is available within Hong Kong SAR only. Furthermore, this voucher can only be redeemed in Paul Lafayet boutiques in Hong Kong and cannot be redeemed online.

Yes, you will receive a notification email Paul Lafayet with SF Express tracking number. You may track the delivery status of your order by logging to SF Express website.
