The top dazzles with plump, ruby-red fresh strawberries that burst with natural sweetness in every bite. Beneath lies a harmonious layer of handcrafted strawberry compote intertwined with vanilla almond frangipane - the compote delivers a bright tanginess, while the frangipane offers rich nutty depth with creamy vanilla undertones.
All this rests on a buttery tart shell, golden and crumbly with an irresistible aroma. The strawberries are delicately crowned with airy Chantilly cream, creating perfect harmony between silky dairy and vibrant fruit - like an edible spring wreath.

Delivery
Delivery service is provided upon request within the Hong Kong SAR (Excluding outlying islands and restricted areas). There is a HK$98 delivery fee for orders of $499 or below, and a HK$48 delivery fee for orders of $500 - $799. Delivery is free for orders valued at HK$800 or above.
